We believe it is fundamental to offer an inclusive digital experience that allows everyone to access the information and services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessibility Standards<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The company aims to ensure the site&#8217;s compliance with the&nbsp;<strong>Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 &#8211; Level AA<\/strong>, through progressive and continuous improvements that consider the four fundamental principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Perceivable<\/strong>: Information and user interface components must be presented to users in ways they can perceive.<\/li><li><strong>Operable<\/strong>: User interface components and navigation must be operable.<\/li><li><strong>Understandable<\/strong>: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.<\/li><li><strong>Robust<\/strong>: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide range of user agents, including assistive technologies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implemented Assistive Technologies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To enhance the site&#8217;s accessibility, a&nbsp;<strong>widget<\/strong>&nbsp;has been installed, allowing users to customize the user interface according to their needs, facilitating navigation and interaction with the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessibility Status<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This website is&nbsp;<strong>partially compliant<\/strong>&nbsp;with the accessibility requirements stipulated by Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, n. 106, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016\/2102, and is progressively adapting to the requirements introduced by Directive (EU) 2019\/882 &#8211; European Accessibility Act (EAA). Technical and editorial interventions are currently underway to ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1, Level AA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Timelines and Commitments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A technical audit was conducted on <strong>19\/06\/2025<\/strong>, identifying the main critical issues at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbw.it\/eaa\/pinocchioandfriends.tv\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.rbw.it\/eaa\/pinocchioandfriends.tv\/en\/<\/a>.\u00a0An adaptation plan has been initiated, with priorities assigned to the most critical interventions. The complete statement, in accordance with current legislation, will be updated at least once a year or in conjunction with the release of significantly modified versions of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Currently Inaccessible Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pending the completion of the adaptation, some sections or functionalities of the site may be partially inaccessible, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Incorrectly structured PDF content.<\/li><li>Forms lacking correct semantic labels.<\/li><li>Graphic elements without alternative descriptions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome user feedback to improve the site&#8217;s accessibility.
